Carlos Velez has been employed with the Hard Rock Café since June 24, 1999.  Carlos is a Hard Rock International Corporate Trainer and has opened stores in Sydney, Medellin, Phuket, Cartagena, Rio de Janeiro, Cairo, Biloxi (2x’s), Santa Domingo, South Korea, Sharmeshiek just to name a few, as well as responsible for the training of the MIT’s that pass through our Certified Training Store.

Chef Carlos VelezChef Carlos is the creative one in our kitchen. He is responsible for creating one of kind menus, with the execution along with his kitchen staff.   He has been featured as our chef for many years during events such as Ann Stork Celebrity Chefs, Las Olas Food & Wine Festival, JA World Uncorked!, Riverwalk Burger Battle, Taste of the Nation, Seminole Wine & Food Festival, etc.  He has been a driving force behind many of the successful events here in Hollywood such as the Ambassador of Rock events, Leadership Conference, countless Bar/Bat Mitzvah’s, weddings, quinces and corporate events.
