  • see the facility
  • choose a location for your station  (or a location will be designated for you)
  • reserve kitchen space if still available

Our Chef’s tour, on location in at JA World, will introduce you to the facility, the event details and offer us the opportunity to discuss your participation. Please provide the following by December 14th:

1.      What you will be serving at JA World Uncorked!

2.      How many staff will be working the night of the event

3.      The restaurant/company logo

4.      Chef Photo

5.      A Restaurant Certificate to be used as an auction item – used the night of the event

6.      Signed Agreement which includes #1 and #2
