We start with 100% Grass fed Certified Organic Beef which we grind fresh at our locations. Each patty is then formed by hand, and cooked to a Medium-well temperature with only a hint of salt. Then to compliment the beef we use six month aged, non processed Chedder cheese topped with our Signature Elevation Sauce (tangy creamy tomato based sauce), sliced tomato, crunchy Kosher dill pickle and crisp iceberg lettuce sandwiched in a toasted potato bun.
