Local Chefs, our Circle of Wise Women and fans will receive an invitation to construct their unique Uncorked ice cream creation. Creations submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by Ruth Spiegel and her team at Cold Stone Creamery and five (5) Finalists will be selected to compete for the coveted prize.
PRIZE: Two (2) tickets, valued at $300, to the Uncorked! Experience. The winning creation will also be featured at JA World Uncorked! on January 25th, 2014.

A pincho is a small snack typically eaten in bars, traditional in northern Spain and especially popular in the Basque country and Navarre. They are related to tapas, the main difference being that pinchos are usually ‘spiked’ with a skewer or toothpick, often to a piece of bread.

On Tuesday, October 8th, JA World Uncorked! event Co-Chair Rose Faraone with Jim Dunn and Culinary Chair Chef Jack Kane hosted our sponsors, partners and Circle at the Uncorked! Launch Party at JM Lexus.
The JM Lexus team welcomed us at their beautiful Margate showroom with our own customized Lexus, proudly wrapped with our signature Uncorked! Champagne Bottle, Fork & Cork. Next, we headed to the second floor service waiting lounge, glowing as the sun set, ready for the party to start. Guests were treated to bites from our Jeroboam sponsor Timpano Italian Chophouse and cake pops and cupcakes from Cake Delirium. Magnum sponsors Brown-Forman and Brown Distributing stocked our bar with Sonoma Cutrer wines, Korbel California Champagne (with pink ice cubes) and Funky Buddha Brewery’s Hop Gun IPA and Floridian craft beers. We had a blast!
