A Toast to Success: JA World Uncorked Raises Over $320,000 for JA Programs!

Junior Achievement of South Florida (JA) and the Circle of Wise Women Co-Chairs, Christine Battles, Angie Davis and Christine Speedy, are popping the cork on the incredible success of JA World Uncorked, the most unforgettable night of 2024! Since its inception in 2009, the group of more than 200 women leaders have raised over $5.5 million for JA programs.

With Title Sponsor CITY Furniture, presented by Breakthru Beverage Florida and amplified by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, this sensational event on Saturday, January 27^th, not only wowed attendees but also raised an astounding $320,000 in support of JA programs.

Imagine a night filled with clinking glasses, delicious bites and an electric atmosphere—JA World Uncorked delivered all that and more. The party of the year brought together a dynamic mix of supporters, influencers and community champions, all united by the shared goal of empowering the next generation through financial literacy, entrepreneurship and workforce readiness education.

The evening was a symphony of flavors, featuring an exquisite selection of wines and spirits provided by Breakthru Beverage and culinary delights from 22 local high-end restaurants left taste buds tingling with delight. Guests reveled in live entertainment, dancing the night away to celebrate not just a fundraising event but a community coming together to make a real impact. Some of the event attractions included Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Joe to Go Coffee Station, The Gussack Family Exotech Espresso Martini Bar, AME Solutions and Island TV Photo Experiences and Greater Good Tech Unlock the Treasure Game.

The night wasn’t just a party; it was a statement. A statement that South Florida is committed to nurturing and inspiring the leaders of tomorrow.
